The Pro Democracy Association elaborated a set of proposals regarding the parliamentary elections draft law. Pro Democracy President Cristian Pîrvulescu said that the draft law presented by the Electoral Commission had a series of provisions that could negatively influence the voting process and heighten the risk of election fraud. Pîrvulescu added that under the given conditions his association examined the possibility of not monitoring the elections.
