Moldova's Deputy Integration Minister Viktor Postolaki told reporters in Chisinau on 18 May that Moldova's parliament is drafting a bill on the special status of the separatist Transdniester region. Postolaki said representatives of NGOs on both banks of the Dniester are helping legislators draft the legislation that will give the region autonomous status within the Moldovan Republic.
