Bucharest: The Popular Action (PA) confirmed the start of fusion negociations with the National Peasants' Party. According to a PA communique the two parties intended to create a modern, popular, Christian-democratic force oriented towards an European future for Romania and capable to defeat the present economic and political oligarchy.
