Presidential adviser Sergiu Mocanu thinks that a possible clarification of the Moldo-Romanian relations needs sincere and intensive discussions of all existing problems. Speaking after a visit to Bucharest at the invitation of European Commission reprezentative Jonathan Scheele, Mocanu expressed the hope that in the long run discussions would create the prerequisites for signing a basic treaty between the two states.
